Edit-Point @ sound lab 3

Edit-Point returns to the sound lab series with a concert in two parts.

Before the interval we explore brass, bells and timepieces featuring special guest Nick Virgo and his Hickory Dockery, a piece about timepieces rather than time. Jonathan Wettermark also performs works by Timothy Cooper and Matthew Whiteside.

In the second part Edit-Point explore string instruments through Diana Salazar’s monumental investigation of string theory, Bosonica, made in cinematic surround sound. This is preceded by Edit-Po

int’s Louise Rossiter and her new work for ‘cello and tape performed by Chandra Chapman.
